88 When leave of absence is not required
Leave of absence is not required to authorise the transfer of a prisoner from a corrective services facility—
(a)
to another part of the facility; or
(b)
to another corrective services facility, if the prisoner does not go anywhere else on the way to the other corrective services facility.
