13 Record keeping—independent doctor
(1)
This section applies if an independent doctor issues a permission to cremate.
(2)
The independent doctor must arrange for the application for permission to cremate, including any documents accompanying the application, to be given to the person in charge of the crematorium where the deceased person is cremated.
