115 Disposal of seized things at end of proceeding
(1)
At the end of a proceeding, a court may make any of the following orders in relation to a thing seized—
(a)
an order for the return, forfeiture, destruction or disposal of the thing;
(b)
an order that the thing be dealt with by way of a proceeding under the Justices Act 1886, section 39;
(c)
an order that the commission retain the thing until it is dealt with according to law.
(2)
A thing that is forfeited under an order under this Act becomes the property of the State.
