119D Making of monitoring order
The Supreme Court judge may make the monitoring order only if satisfied there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the person named in the application—
(a)
has been, or is about to be, involved in a serious crime related activity; or
(b)
has acquired directly or indirectly, or is about to acquire directly or indirectly, serious crime derived property.
