125 What surveillance warrant must state
A surveillance warrant must state the following—
(a)
that a commission officer or any commission officer may exercise surveillance powers under the warrant;
(b)
the name of the relevant person, if known;
(c)
the place or class of place where the surveillance device authorised under the warrant may be used;
(d)
any conditions the judge imposes under section 124(3);
(e)
the day and time the warrant starts and when the warrant ends.
