176 Commission may hold hearings
(1)
The commission may authorise the holding of a hearing in relation to any matter relevant to the performance of its functions.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not authorise the commission to hold a hearing for a confiscation related investigation.
(3)
The commission may hold a hearing in relation to the performance of its intelligence function if the hearing is permitted under an authorisation under section 55A or 55D.
