205K Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies if—
(a)
a person makes a claim of reasonable excuse in relation to a document or thing the person is required to give or produce to the commission, other than at a commission hearing; and
(b)
the person acknowledges that the document or thing is in the person’s possession; and
(c)
the commission officer who required the document or thing to be given decides not to withdraw the requirement under section 205G(1)(b); and
(d)
section 205ZZC does not apply.
