205ZG Claim not established or requirement made
(1)
This section applies if the deciding officer or presiding officer—
(a)
decides that the claim is not established; or
(b)
requires the person to comply with the requirement to which the claim relates.
(2)
The deciding officer or presiding officer must give the person—
(a)
reasons for the decision; and
(b)
an application notice for the decision.
