205ZZI Access to, or return of, documents and things
If the Supreme Court orders a person under part 3, division 3 to produce a document or thing to the commission and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the court under section 205ZZG or 205ZZK, the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the commission.
If the Supreme Court orders the commission under part 3, division 3 to withdraw a requirement in relation to a document or thing and the document or thing was delivered to a registrar of the court under section 205ZZG or 205ZZK, the court must also make an order directing that the document or thing be given to the person mentioned in the relevant section.
