258 Superannuation schemes
(1)
The commission may—
(a)
establish or amend superannuation schemes; or
(b)
join in establishing or amending superannuation schemes; or
(c)
take part in superannuation schemes.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to commission officers seconded under section 255 or engaged under section 256.
(3)
The auditor-general must audit the schemes.
(4)
Subsection (3) is subject to the Auditor-General Act 2009.
