270 Delegation—chairperson
(1)
The chairperson may delegate the chairperson’s powers under this or another Act, other than under the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000, section 674, to an appropriately qualified commission officer.
(2)
However—
(a)
the chairperson’s powers under section 82(7) may only be delegated to the senior executive officer (crime); and
(b)
the chairperson’s powers under section 272 may only be delegated to a senior executive officer.
