The person’s previous chief executive may make a disciplinary finding about the relevant disciplinary ground for this subdivision.

The previous chief executive may take disciplinary action about the relevant disciplinary ground as provided under section 273CC(2).

Despite subsection (1) and without limiting or being limited by any other power of delegation under any Act, the previous chief executive may delegate to the chief executive officer the authority under subsection (1) to make a disciplinary finding about the person.

The previous chief executive may give to the chief executive officer any information about a person or a relevant disciplinary ground relating to the person to help the chief executive officer to perform a function under section 273CC(2) or (4) in relation to the person.
