296 Guidelines on operation of commission
(1)
The parliamentary committee may issue guidelines to the commission about the conduct and activities of the commission.
(2)
Before issuing a guideline, the committee must consult with the commission on the proposed guideline.
(3)
The committee may issue a guideline only with the bipartisan support of the parliamentary committee.
(4)
The commission must comply with the guidelines.
