342 Inspection and use of material in commission’s possession
(1)
A commission officer may inspect and deal with any record or thing in the commission’s possession relevant to the discharge of the officer’s duties.
(2)
A person authorised in writing by the chairperson may inspect any record or thing in the commission’s possession and, for that purpose, may retain it for the time necessary, and may make copies or extracts for use in connection with the commission’s investigation to which the record or thing is relevant.
