365 Contract employees
(1)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that on the commencement a contract employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission becomes a contract employee of the commission.
(2)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the person’s contract with the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission is a contract with the commission.
