421 Declaration about s 385
(1)
From the start of the commencement day, section 385 applies to a corruption hearing as if a reference in the section to a misconduct hearing were a reference to a corruption hearing.
(2)
In this section—corruption hearing means a commission hearing in the context of a corruption investigation.
