423 Chairman’s pension entitlements
(1)
Chapter 6, part 1, division 2, subdivision 3, applies to a person appointed as the chairman after 27 March 2015.
(2)
Section 238C(b) applies to a period for which a person acted as the chairman only if the appointment to act started after 27 March 2015.
