426 References to chair titles
(1)
A reference in an Act or document to the chairman of the crime and corruption commission may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the chairperson.
(2)
A reference in an Act or document to a person who was the chairman of the crime and corruption commission may, if the context permits, be taken to include a person who was the chairman of the crime and corruption commission.
