453 Ending of particular suspensions under previous s 219L
This section applies if—
under previous section 219L, QCAT suspended or suspends an order made under previous section 219I or discipline mentioned in previous section 219J(2); and
the prescribed person is a person mentioned in section 50(3), definition prescribed person, paragraph (a)(i); and
during the operational period, the prescribed person is found to have committed an act of corruption or to have contravened a condition of the suspension.
Section 219L(4), as in force on the commencement, applies in relation to the revocation of the suspension.
Subsection (2) applies despite section 452(3).
In this section—
previous section 219L includes previous section 219L as applied by section 452.
