51 Other action for corruption
(1)
Nothing in this part limits the action that may lawfully be taken by the commission or a unit of public administration to discipline or otherwise deal with a person for corruption.
Example—
The commissioner of police may bring a disciplinary charge against a police officer under the Police Service Administration Act 1990.
(2)
Subsection (1) is subject to sections 47 and 48.
