36 Application of rules
(1)
The provisions of this chapter apply to all persons charged with any criminal offence against the statute law of Queensland.
(2)
Except for sections 22(3), 29 and 31, this chapter does not apply to regulatory offences. sch 1 pt 1 ch 5 s 36 amd 1985 No. 32 s 10 (c)
