474 Communicating infectious diseases to animals
Any person who wilfully and unlawfully causes, or is concerned in causing, or attempts to cause, any infectious or contagious disease to be communicated to or among any animal or animals capable of being stolen, is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment for life. sch 1 pt 6 div 2 ch 46 s 474 amd 1986 No. 1 s 72; 1988 No. 88 s 5 sch 2
