32 Powers
(1)
The board has the power to do anything necessary or convenient to be done in performing its functions.
(2)
The board may give a written direction to the chief executive officer about the performance of the officer’s responsibilities.
(3)
Anything done in the name of, or for, the authority by the board, or with the authority of the board, is taken to have been done by the authority.
