42 Board meetings
(1)
The chairperson may convene a meeting of board members (a board meeting).
(2)
The chairperson must convene a board meeting—
(a)
at least 3 times each year; and
(b)
if requested in writing by—
(i)
3 or more other board members; or
(ii)
the Minister.
