19 Possession
An inspector is authorised—
(a)
to possess industrial cannabis plants, class A or class B research cannabis plants or processed cannabis given to the inspector for delivery to an analyst to analyse the THC concentration in the plants or processed cannabis; and
(b)
to possess industrial cannabis plants or seed or class A or class B research cannabis plants or seed given to the inspector for delivery to a person lawfully entitled to possess the plants or seed.
