379A Who is a relative
A relative of a person is any of the following—
(a)
the person’s spouse;
(b)
a parent or grandparent of the person;
(c)
a parent or grandparent of the person’s spouse;
(d)
a child, stepchild or grandchild of the person;
(e)
a child, stepchild or grandchild of the person’s spouse;
(f)
the spouse of anyone in paragraphs (b) to (e).
