109 Approved provider’s overriding responsibility
An approved provider must conduct a QEC approved service in a way that—
(a)
has sufficient regard to the guiding principles for this Act; and
(b)
ensures the safety, health and wellbeing, at all times, of the children being educated and cared for by the service.
