32 Show cause notice before cancellation of provider approval
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive is proposing to cancel a provider approval under section 31.
(2)
The chief executive must first give the approved provider a notice (a show cause notice) stating—
(a)
that the chief executive proposes to cancel the provider approval; and
(b)
the reasons for the proposed cancellation; and
(c)
that the approved provider may, within 30 days after the notice is given, give the chief executive a written response to the proposed cancellation.
