64 Application of other provisions of this Act to this division
(1)
Division 2 also applies to an application under this division except for—
(a)
sections 43 to 46; and
(b)
section 49(2)(d) and (3).
(2)
Also, section 89 does not apply to an exceptional circumstances service approval under this division.
