75 Notice to parents
(1)
A transferee must give notice under this section of the transfer of a service approval to a parent of each child to whom education and care is regularly provided in the course of the QEC approved service.
Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
(2)
The notice must be given at least 2 days before the transfer of the service approval takes effect unless the transferee has a reasonable excuse.
(3)
This section does not apply for a parent or carer who the transferee can not locate after making reasonable enquiries.
