25 Transfer note—Act, s 384
For section 384(1) of the Act, each type of information as follows about a former student or continuing student of a State school or non-State school is prescribed—
student-identifying information;
medical details;
school details;
level of schooling;
allocation of State education;
school attendance;
educational performance;
educational support;
behavioural issues;
any of the following made under a law of a State, the Commonwealth or a place outside Australia—
an order about the person with whom the student is to live, including, for example, a custody order or residence order;
a guardianship order, including, for example, an order appointing a guardian for the student or an order appointing a guardian for a matter for the student.
