24 Steps after, and taking effect of, decision
If the chief executive decides to amend an approval under section 22, the chief executive must give the holder notice of the decision.
The amendment takes effect when the holder is given the notice or, if the notice states a later day of effect, on the later day.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to amend an approval under section 22, or to amend an approval under section 23, the chief executive must give the holder an information notice about the decision.
A decision to refuse to amend an approval under section 22 takes effect when the holder is given the information notice or, if the information notice states a later day of effect, on the later day.
A decision to amend an approval under section 23 takes effect 10 days after the holder is given the information notice or, if the information notice states a later day of effect, on the later day.
