28 Steps after, and taking effect of, decision
(1)
If the chief executive decides to renew the approval, the chief executive must give the holder notice of the decision.
(2)
The renewal of the approval takes effect when the holder is given the notice or, if the notice states a later day of effect, on the later day.
(3)
If the chief executive decides to refuse to renew the approval, the chief executive must give the holder an information notice about the decision.
(4)
The refusal takes effect when the holder is given the information notice or, if the information notice states a later day of effect, on the later day.
