34 Show cause notice before taking action
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive is considering taking action under section 33.
(2)
The chief executive must first give the holder a notice (a show cause notice) stating—
(a)
that the chief executive intends to take the action; and
(b)
the proposed action; and
(c)
the reasons for the proposed action; and
(d)
that the holder may, within 30 days after the notice is given, give the chief executive a written response to the proposed action.
