98 Disclosure to other jurisdictions
The chief executive may disclose the confidential information to an entity responsible for the administration or enforcement of a corresponding law if the chief executive is satisfied the disclosure would assist in the performance of the entity’s functions relating to the corresponding law.
In this section—corresponding law means a law of another State or the Commonwealth relating to—
the approval of schools or other entities to provide courses to overseas students; or
the approval of schools or other entities to provide programs without tuition fees, of not more than 12 months, that enable under reciprocal arrangements—
an overseas student to attend a secondary school in a State on a full-time basis; and
a student of a State to attend an overseas secondary school on a full-time basis.
