163 Application for dismissal of appeal
(1)
A party, other than the appellant, may apply to the Court of Appeal for an order dismissing the appeal on the ground that there has been excessive delay by the appellant in relation to the appeal.
(2)
The court may make an order on the application it considers appropriate.
