202 References to registered political party
(1)
A reference in this part to things done by or for a registered political party must, if the party is not a corporation, be read as a reference to things done by or with the authority of a member or officer of the party for the party.
(2)
A reference in this part to a registered political party, other than a reference to the endorsement of a candidate in an election, does not include a reference to a part of the political party.
