237 Death of candidates
If a candidate who dies would, but for his or her death, have been entitled to election funding under this division, the commission may pay the election funding to—
(a)
if a payment direction was in force in relation to the election funding, the registered political party mentioned in the payment direction; or
(b)
otherwise, the candidate’s legal personal representative.
