321 Appointment and qualifications
(1)
The commission may, by instrument in writing, appoint any of the following persons as authorised officers—
(a)
officers of the commission;
(b)
public service employees;
(ba)
other persons who are auditors;
(c)
other persons prescribed under a regulation.
(2)
However, the commissioner may appoint a person as an authorised officer only if—
(a)
the commissioner is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience; or
(b)
the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the commissioner.
