341 Application of div 16
(1)
The power under this division may be exercised if an authorised officer enters a place under section 330(1)(a), (c) or (d).
(2)
However, if the authorised officer enters under section 330(1)(a) or (c), the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
