430 Particular references for redistribution of State into electoral districts
(1)
A reference in section 35 or 38 to a general election or the return of a writ for an election includes a general election held or writ returned before the commencement.
(2)
A reference in section 38 to an electoral redistribution includes an electoral redistribution that happened before the commencement.
