Electoral Act 1992

This section applies in relation to a political donation that was unlawfully accepted under former section 275 before the commencement.

Former section 276 continues to apply in relation to the person who accepted the donation, as if section 17 of the amending Act had not commenced.

For the purpose of this section, former part 11, division 8, subdivision 4 continues to apply as if section 17 of the amending Act had not commenced.
