127 Meaning of relevant standard for level 2 or 3 in-scope electrical equipment
A standard is a relevant standard for a type of level 2 or level 3 in-scope electrical equipment if it is a standard—
shown in the defining standard as the relevant standard for the type, and the standard can be readily applied to the type; or
accepted by the regulator as a standard that can be readily applied to the type; or
accepted under a corresponding law as a standard that can be readily applied to the type.
The acceptance of a standard under subsection (1)(b) or (c) has effect subject to compliance with any requirements stated—
for subsection (1)(b)—by the regulator as part of the regulator’s acceptance of the standard; or
for subsection (1)(c)—as part of the acceptance of the standard under the corresponding law.
