138 Relevant person may be punished only once
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
an act or omission of a relevant person is an offence against section 128(5), 131(2), 132(6) or 135(6) and also under a corresponding law; and
(b)
the relevant person is punished for the offence under the corresponding law.
(2)
The relevant person must not be punished for the same offence under this regulation.
