171 Regulator may impose conditions on declared scheme
(1)
The regulator may impose conditions on a declared scheme.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), a condition may restrict the types of in-scope electrical equipment that may be certified under the scheme.
(3)
Conditions applying to a declared scheme under this section when the scheme is declared under section 48J of the Act must be stated in the declaration.
