Part 12—Accredited auditors

235 Appointment

(1)

An application for appointment as an accredited auditor under part 10, division 3 of the Act must be—

(a)

made in the approved form; and

(b)

accompanied by the fee for the application; and

(c)

supported by enough information to allow the regulator to decide the application.

(2)

An application for a renewal of a person’s appointment as an accredited auditor must be—

(a)

made in the approved form; and

(b)

accompanied by the fee for the application; and

(c)

supported by enough information to allow the regulator to decide the application; and

(d)

received by the regulator at least 14 days before the appointment ends.
