285B Prescribed person for delegation by regulator—Act, s 122B
(1)
For section 122B(1) of the Act, the WHS prosecutor is prescribed.
(2)
In this section—
WHS prosecutor means the Work Health and Safety Prosecutor appointed under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, schedule 2, section 31.
