77 Structure supporting electric line or equipment to comply with wiring rules
(1)
The person in control of an electrical installation must ensure that any structure supporting an electric line or item of electrical equipment forming part of the electrical installation complies with the requirements of—
(a)
the wiring rules; and
(b)
any direction the regulator gives for ensuring electrical safety.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
If there is any inconsistency between the wiring rules and a direction of the regulator, the direction prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
