96 Installation requirements for non-capable circuits
A person conducting a business or undertaking must ensure that electrically conductive ceiling insulation installed in a building—
(a)
does not cover, in whole or in part, any non-capable circuit located in the ceiling structure of the building; and
(b)
is installed at least 25mm away from any non-capable circuit located in the ceiling structure of the building.
