104 Regulation may declare restricted road
(1)
A regulation may—
(a)
declare a road, or part of a road, to be a restricted road; and
(b)
for a restricted road—impose restrictions about building new works or altering or removing existing works on the road.
(2)
An electricity entity must comply with the regulation.
